In QiHe terms the 'stacks' are the feeders, left and rear 'stack' tape feeders plus the IC stack, which is a place for a single or multiple trays in the front of the machine.

# IC Stack
|

|
|
1. select "Move Mode" "Vision"
|
|
|
|
2. manually move to the center of the 1st component on the IC stack
|
|
|
|
3. click on either "X" or "Y" of "IC Stack1" "Start"
|
|
|
|
4. click "Set XY"
|
|
|
|
5. if you have a tray of the same components
|
|
|
|
a. move to the last component
|
|
|
|
b. click on either "X" or "Y" of "IC Stack1" "End"
|
|
|
|
c. click "Set XY"
|
|
|
|
5. if you have only one of this component
|
|
|
|
a. click on either "X" or "Y" of "IC Stack1" "End"
|
|
|
|
b. click "Set XY"
|
|
|
|
6. test the X/Y setting
|
|
|
|
a. select "Move Mode" "Nozzle"
|
|
|
|
b. click on either "X" or "Y" of "IC Stack1" "Start"
|
|
|
|
c. click "Nozzle MoveTo"
|
|
|
|
7. repeat for each stack you want to set up |
